Boise Urban Farmhouse is a stunning and secluded modern farmhouse experience located in the heart of beautiful Boise Idaho only 6 miles from downtown and 6 miles from the airport! Situated on a 1-acre lot set back from the street and accessible by a private drive, you’ll have the heated pool all to yourself! In the summer help yourself to homegrown tomatoes and herbs from the garden and farm fresh eggs from our on-site laying hens! We have plenty of space for the whole family, or multiple families for that matter since the home can host up to 18 guests with 2 kitchens, 4 living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. In addition to the pool and garden, the property boasts a hot tub, an in-ground trampoline, a play structure, an in-ground adjustable basketball hoop, a firepit, and multiple large covered and uncovered patio areas to enjoy!
Boise Urban Farmhouse is one large home comprised of two different sides that are connected by a large mud/laundry room and an upstairs bonus room.
The primary side features a stunning open concept great room with living/dining/kitchen and 14ft ceilings. The primary side also has three bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom and a family room with built in desk and shelving.
The secondary side features another great room that has its own kitchen/dining/living area and another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This secondary great room also has its own separate exterior entrance.
Finally, the huge upstairs bonus room features a large bedroom, a full bathroom, and one additional living area that includes a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed.
As a guest a Boise Urban Farmhouse you have access to the ENTIRE home. You get both great rooms with dining/kitchen/living in each one, all 5 bedrooms, all 5.5 bathrooms, all 4 living rooms with TV’s in each one.
Amenities
Guest access includes the 1 acre yard with a heated pool (open mid-April through late October), hot tub (open all year) in-ground trampoline, in-ground basketball hoop, play structure, fire-pit, and garden.

Charming and cozy with plenty of room for a family reunion. The house was immaculate. All the rooms were well-appointed and comfortable. Jesse was quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

I booked this space for a work retreat, and everyone on our staff was amazed by this home. The pictures didn’t do it justice, and we felt abundantly provided for. This is by far the most comfortable and meaningful retreat we've had over the years, and we look forward to coming back to this space and sharing the word with our work’s colleagues and comrades.
